favorite Leslie workout
I actually had FUN exercising and moving and dancing with this DVD. First of all, I used the music only choice on the menu. No chit chat or voice. Just the music. The music included favorite songs and club beats. I enjoyed the dancers with their happy faces and mouthing the song lyrics. Lots of good and easy to follow moves. The HIT feature was a nice bonus. I made it thru 2 of the 3 miles, so I have a ways to go in getting fit. This is one exercise DVD I will look forward to using often.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Gebraucht

Disappointed
I was hoping to hear more music than Leslie, but truthfully couldn’t hear it at all. She talks constantly! I own several of her walking VHS tapes and thought I would get a DVD.
