Generally good prices and they often have a discount on multi-item purchases. My item (Firestarter Blu-ray Zac Efron NEW) it shipped and arrived very quickly, was well packaged for shipment in a bubble lined envelope and is just as described. Good communication. I would definitely recommend Gruv and I would purchase from again, if the opportunity arises. Thank You!

My items were as described, they arrived on time, they were undamaged and communication was excellent. My only complaint is that I asked Gruv to ship my order in a box and it was shipped in a bubble envelope instead. I do believe though that if my items were damaged during shipping that Gruv would have taken care of the issue with no additional cost to me. That being said I'll probably buy from them again.
