Brilliant kitchen helper
I'm really enjoying this. It takes a bit of practice in setting the right temperature for sautee and the timing for the slow cooker (burnt my chicken in sautee mode the first time!). Also, if you're aiming at using it as a slow cooker and sautee I'd recommend to buy separately its glass lid (not included), very helpful to check progress. If used as a slow cooker, I'd recommend to use less liquid than the quantity indicated for a traditional slow cooker recipe, as the steam valve does not let evaporate water as much as a traditional slow cooker.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Huge Improvement Over Stovetop Pressure Cooker
I'm very pleased with this discounted purchase. If I'd known how useful this 3l Instant Pot Duo has become, I'd have paid full retail price years ago. In addition to listed functions I've also used it to mull wine (Keep Warm program), proof dough (Yogurt 'Less' program), and to sous vide veg (Slow Cook 'Less' program).
