Good value
Very easy to replace since it comes with the handle and the hose is already in it. Great price and better than spending the money to replace the vacuum. The only problem is that the red lock that keeps the hose in place snaps off sometimes but I am able to get it back on.

perfect fit
perfect fit for my shark navigator lift away. the original color was purple, this one is white which I knew but that makes no difference. I was cleaning a ceiling fan and had the vacuum on top of a ladder and it fell off and super stretched the hose and ripped it. I was so disappointed because I love my shark. glad a replacement hose was available. much cheaper than buying a new one.

Perfect fit OEM handle
We had used the handle so often that the hose was starting to crack and separate from the handle and we would have to put friction tape on it to use it without leaks. My wife found this one on eBay and we decided to give it a try and we were extremely happy that it was the exact same handle that came on a shark vacuum.

My Shark vacuum was still working great except for needing a new hose. I was so happy to find the correct hose here. Thank you!! It fit perfectly & arrived early. I am a very happy customer!!!

Latch issues
Good product other than latching mechanism needs a stiffer spring. Took old one off old part, just pop gray plastic piece off and swapped parts. Like the hose better than original.

Part was broken in the package...
When I opened the package I found the gray plastic clip that holds the red release button and spring has popped off. I reinstalled it and it popped right back off. I looked and found the ridges that are molded in place are not strong enough or raised enough to hold onto the main body of the handle. The whole reason I bought this was to replace one that the red release button had broken on. Oh well.

Yay!!
I looove my shark vacuum sooo much and when I broke I had originally oreder the part from another place and after a month they still hadn't shipped it and couldn't even give me any sort of time frame as to when it would be shipped, I cancelled that order and found this one, I was unsure at first but it came way fast and fits perfect!!! I can use my vaccum now!!! Thank you for the great product, it is much appreciated!!

Broke 1st time I used it
There is a little thumb button that holds the hose to the vacuum. You press the button, and the hose detaches. The first time I used this, the cover fell off, letting the button come out and the spring to fly away. Without the spring, the hose wont stay attached to the vacuum. Now, it's pretty much useless

Perfect fit!
I’ve had my shark since 2012 and the original hose finally quit on me! Ordered this part and it is a perfect fit. Super fast shipping. None of the attachment issues you read in some of the other reviews. Higjlt recommend!!

Keep old hose until you get new one
Hose works well, except the red button. As other mentioned, it pops off. Thankfully I still had the old hose and we took our old button of the old hose and put it on the new and so far no problems. That problem definately needs fixed.
