Ok phone
Got to say that going from Samsung to Apple is a quantum apart . Samsung is much more practical and easier to navigate as a phone . Writing text messages is clumsy in Apple whereas Samsung has swype . Once you get used to swype you can message a lot faster and easier . The apple has smaller hard to find keys and don't suit larger hands . You cant save your phone numbers to sim which is awful as you have to manually put the numbers off your old simcard as you cant directly put your old sim into the Apple as it uses a nano card . So you have to go to the phone shop before you can get started .. All up I think for all they are Apple could learn from their competitors as all their devices are not as user friendly as their opposition .. Buy something else .. Perfect
It was brand new in a factory sealed box. The only thing I didn't expect was the included power block was for another country but an Australian one was included loose in the external packaging so I can't complain at all! Too advanced
