Maybe due to the seller shipping a collectible ornament in a bubble mailer or having ornament multiples available with pictures not representing the one sent? Who knows. We did wrap the ornament in bubble wrap and used a padded bubble mailer to help protect it a little more. When buyer reached out about a dented box, aside from an apology, I also offered a full refund upon return. Because the buyer purchased this item already at a discount making the product only $10.12 there wasn't much else I could offer. I'm sorry again.

They don’t sell this model anymore so finding this in perfect condition and still in original packaging was lucky. Priced as original, shipped immediately. Couldn’t be happier. Seller said package had dust/debris from storage but it wiped right off, looks brand new.
