Second problem is that shade has to be attached and the springs that hold it in place are too strong to compress and slot into. Reported this to seller who has messed me about for days. Impossible to get anything resolved so have reported this to eBay who thankfully are happy, and able, to step in to help. This shouldn’t have been necessary!

BUT I still say "positive" experience because I immediately ordered a replacement, and asked the seller if they could expedite delivery as I had lost a day's work, The replacement arrived the very next day, and worked perfectly. Good service!. Just need to make sure the refund arrives for the first one and it's all O.K.!
