I know it had batteries so that’s why it was FedEx ground. I personally don’t know how they stay in business with their logistics. Packing was great even in original everything. Item was exactly as described. Value not bad I wish I would’ve bid lower but that’s on me.

Everything was well-packed and arrived in perfect condition. When we opened the boxes, there were no issues at all. The assembly was straightforward, and the piano works beautifully.
