Recommended for we older people.
As we age, as my wife and I have, I find that my short term memory as well as long term has become a problem. Ever get up and walk down the hall, then forget what you were going to do ? Ever try to remember a name of a band or musician, and just can't recall? These crossword puzzles stimulate the brain chemicals and actually improve memory. My wife does some every day and her memory has improved on a grand scale. I am a little lazy, but I intend to start using them. I'm a "musicologist" and it is frustrating when I can't recall things I am sure I know. It does come to me hours later though.I want one that focuses on on music from the late 60's and early 70's. People that know me expect me to have these memories at immediate recall. I'm writing a book about the psychedelic music, and it is hard to remember important details. My three sons are always saying "Do you remember when we"fill in the bland" did something really cool and I have no recall of it. It is very frustrating when I have no idea what I did. Entertaining Book
I really enjoy this book. It is great to boost memory but it is enjoyable at the same time. I was pleased with the content. I ordered additional one for a gift. My coworker also liked the book so much that she bought one for herself and one as a gift. I really do recommend this book.
