    Acceptable

    Received book in timely manner. Pages had water damage, but still readable. Don't recall reading about water damage in description. Overall quality was good.

    Good NIV Bible for Study and Reference

    This NIV Bible is easy to use, and though an older edition, it is in good condition. I find it easy to find the passages I need to find for a project, and there are also explanations about the text on each page.

    Much easier to comprehend.

    Much easier to understand than KJV and provides footnotes with word definitions or cultural and historical context. Side by side, the KJV and this are the same, only the NIV is written in modern English to be better understood. Many denominations worked together on the NIV to make sure it is accurate.

    Great Bible version

    This 1985 study Bible is the best. the study notes in this one are very enlightening compared to other study Bibles I have. Bought it gently used. I’m very satisfied.
