It was packaged in a gray plastic shipping bag without cushioning. End of spine had minor shipping damage (see photos). It was the only noticeable condition issue on an otherwise very good used cookbook. Exceptional value. Good experience with a not-for-profit organization. Thanks!

    Easy to read with great extras

    I am enjoying the book. She sounds like a "real" person dealing with real issues which makes the reader believe even more that they can do it. I also like how she shares her own personal recipes.

    Great book!!

    I love this book and I’m only on chapter 5! I love how Candace doesn’t try to restrict certain types of food because it didn’t work for her either! Whenever I restrict myself, I lose motivation quickly. I also love the life lessons she addresses and the recipes at the end of every chapter. This is an easy read and very interesting.

    Love this books! Lost 35 pounds while reading the book and using my faith to help me reach my goals. Candace uses compelling life stories and examples to help you achieve weight loss. Easiest way I have ever lost weight and I never felt like I was struggling. When God is in the forefront of your life, anything is possible.

    I had listened to this book on Audible and it was so good I wanted a hard copy, so I can underline and read sections again and again.

    Not much time

    It seems I never have enough time to read a good book, yet it is so refreshing to read a christian book from someone I grew up watching on TV and knowing they were Hollywood type. To be so strong in faith and have the courage to talk openly and honestly about her experiences takes courage. I admire Candace for being able to do that especially in today's culture.
