However, FedEx damaged the original shipment, even though the item was packed well. So I informed seller and they sent me a free replacement. So, great communication skills from the seller regarding the damage. FedEx delivered the replacement yesterday without box damage. What a wonderful seller. FedEx gets an "F", but I give an A+ to this vendor.

    Factory Ford Part easy install (if you have the tools)

    2014 Ford Focus had a horrible vibration, especially at idle. The replacement of the upper engine mount took less than 30 minutes and it feels like a new car. Ford however, should be warrantying ever single engine mount that fails since a little internet search will show this is a massive problem. It is easily fixable but the mount shouldn't be failing at such low mileages 40k.
