Motivating and Inspiring
This is a great book to help give you focus and direction in your life. It takes a lot of time and effort to practice the techniques she presents in the book. I have not noticed any drastic changes in my life, but this book helps motivate and inspire you to achieve your dreams. I have 3 other books by Gawain. There is nothing satanic about her writing, in fact she devotes entire chapters on how to honor and give thanks to GOD. I think you will be a happier more successful person after using this book. Or you could can just by her creative visualization book, then build your own workbook. Be prepared to spend a lot more money on making your own, the heavy duty binder I want for the one I am building is $9. Not including paper or anything else.
