I wish there was a better system but our shipping to Chicago cost $6.75

We refunded your purchase the day you made it (before eBay posted the money to my account). We pulled the car from our stock noticing both the car & backer card was damaged. Being our last one instead of sending you a damaged car we refunded your money right away. Unfortunately the amount of time eBay & paypal take to process the refund is out of my control. Should I have sent damaged items? I feel MOST of your complaint should be w/ eBay w/ some fault with us.
