  • Worth the price of admission!

    This is a very interesting book with a lot of information to digest for the novice reader. I am in the process of reading all of the detail the author provided, with interest. I understand the theory behind the science and am anxious to understand the steps to get to the destination. The book speaks to many things and items that I have never cooked with before, but I am interested to learn. If I can understand it, I would assume most people would. For what I paid for the book was certainly worth it and the content is compelling! Once I read all of the information, and try out some of the recipes, I will feel much more compelled to sing its praises. I rate it a "4" because on this subject matter, I would not be adept enough to know what I "5" should contain, but I'm working on it.

  • Working great for me

    This is a great way to get into a keto lifestyle and avoid pitfalls and mistakes. It shows a plan for how to transition from a current eating pattern and get into keto without going through withdrawal or hitting energy lows because your body isn't ready for it. There's lots of helpful background information on why keto is so good for you, although I like to see references and sources instead of "experts say..." There are also food lists, meal plans and recipes that are very helpful and delicious. I highly recommend this book.

    I was expecting a paper book. I don't like reading on the computer and books are the worst as it always starts at the beginning. Real Books are what should be offered. The price is what you would expect to pay for a paper book not a file transfer to an email. The information is important, however. Please put it out in a real item and I would buy that again so I can actually use it.
