Most importantly, the delivery company failed to deliver in first instance, returning it to the seller. He called me, yes, picked up the phone and called me, no other eseller has done this in the past. He dispatched it again, was delivered to the wrong address. The seller phoned me again, find out where it was delivered to, and I picked it up from a house about a mile away from mine. OUTSTANDING 5 STARS SERVICE.

However this issue is not serious enough to warrant returning the product back to the seller for a refund, all the satellite speakers and subwoofer are working well and outputting a good strong sound. Decent communication from seller, A+ service, recommended.
