Shipping, which is not in your control, took about 2 weeks to get it to me. It was shipped on the 5th when I ordered it, but took till the 17th to get it to me after USPS played Hot potato with it.

I was so happy to find this discontinued model of steam mop bc I had this unit years ago and somehow most of it disappeared with a housecleaner. I still had some parts and had bought a lot of replacement pads, so now I am back in business. The price was a deal considering I saw just the main part with the power cord for sale at half the price, and this included everything. It was packed well . I highly recommend this seller!
