- a***e (321)- Bewertung vom Käufer.Letzter MonatBestätigter Kaufthere was a problem with the delivery leaving the item on my front path in torrential rain, which left the electrical part wet as this was not in a plastic bag .Contacted seller and advised of the problem and what to do, was advised how long to dry the item out before plugging it into an electrical socket but was told it might not work properly or only for a short time a refund or replacement was offered. I requested a refund which was given as soon as I forwarded a photo of the returns receipt

Was it ever posted? as the item is still listed now but for nearly 4 times the price I paid, also listed as the last one! I'm not sure what to conclude from this. but it isn't good. Poor customer service, I contacted the seller and asked what had happened to my item and was told they would check and let me know but heard nothing further. Item refunded through ebay. NOTE TO ALL BUYERS - ALWAYS READ FEEDBACK BEFORE BUYING.
