When I opened it I noticed that the paper and bubble wrap were wadded up. There was nothing in the box. I notified seller and sent pictures. Seller made it right immediately by refunding the investment I made. I am going to get my local post master involved to look into this theft. Another fine example of poor USPS service. Motor was still in the original package and all the parts accounted for (just as described). Didn't "need" another Hacker but didn't want to pass up a pretty good deal.
