It was packaged in a gray plastic shipping bag without cushioning. End of spine had minor shipping damage (see photos).     Not to be used alone.

    This book is made to be used with a CD or DVD video. It is not made to be used alone as it refers to watching the video before starting each chapter. I did not know this when I bought it. Therefore, the book I purchased it useless to me. The book was also supposed to be used, but good. Meaning no highlighting or writing on pages. Someone had underlined and wrote in the book. I cannot rate the method outlined in the book for weight loss, as I did not get the video that accompanies the book.
