Shipping was relatively fast, took a couple of weeks to get here once it shipped, but was expected with this particular item and distance. It fixed our broken toilet problem a second after arriving. The item was also in a surprisingly good condition. Couldn’t tell it was used. Very happy with the purchase. Excellent seller.
