The fabric is heavy and not cheap looking at all. There were a few loose threads but nothing I couldn't deal with. It looks beautiful on but clearly needs a petticoat. It arrived earlier than they expected which is great because it gives me time to find a proper petticoat and outfit before my convention. The pearl chain does look a little cheap but we can't win everything.
