For their order placed on May 2nd, we asked them to wait until May 15th for tracking to update; if it did not, the package would be considered lost and a full refund would be provided. The customer insisted on "proof" but we explained that USPS cannot scan UPS packages, just our shipping records show it was packed/shipped. In this case, a full refund was promptly issued on May 15th as promised.
