    Pettex Pampuss cat litter

    As owners of 2 cats requiring 3 litter boxes, we have used several brands of litter over the years and were happy with a rival brand until it became temporarily unavailable. Choosing Pettex Pampuss we became increasingly disappointed with its performance due to: 1/ litter not clumping after urination which resulted in a wastage of good litter along with soiled 2/ litter pellets swelled with moisture and over time disintegrating into fine particles which again mixed with clean litter 3/ due to the above, we found ourselves getting through our supply of Pettex Pampuss at a greater rate than any type or brand of litter hitherto used 4/ on a lesser note, the dark colouring of the litter made removal of faecal fragments difficult due to the colour similarity In summary, this litter didn’t ...

    I wouldn't use this but the cat would ...........

    Oh, well as I dont use it personally but the cat does I cannot speak on his behalf. He doesnt' get a sore bum, and seems happy to throw it about . So its OK by him There are no photos attached of the cat pooing as this would be difficult as the smell is as good as a chemical weapon! and the photographer would faint.

    Amazing stuff!!

    I would definatley recommend this product. The old litter we used didn't stop odours and was messy, powdery so tried this one & the Cat loves it & there is no smelly odour and she doesn't spend ages wiping her paws from the residue as she used to.

    It's okay but a bit too pricey

    It is really good cat litter and absorbs wet very well, it also absorbs the smell better than other cat litter that I've tried but apart from that I don't think it's very good price wise as you can get other wood pellet litter for a lot cheaper which also does the same job as this one but I would recommend it as it is good cat litter

    Unpleasant for cat to use

    I bought this litter as my usual wood pellet litter was sold out due to the Coronavirus shopping shortages. My cat will not use it unless desperate as it is rough and hurts his paws, it also stings my fingers when I put it into the tray. The wee stays in a wet sodden clump unlike the previous litter we used that was more absorbent and fluffy. I am now left with this large bag of sub standard litter that I wish I hadn't bought.
