They came with the right screws, were shipped the very same day (along with some rails I bought), and arrived in Miami within just a few days. The seller responded instantly to my questions. I’d completely recommend buying from them - even if it costs a few extra bucks, if any - for the peace of mind and great service, you cannot go wrong with them.

One rail and PSU were a bit damaged in shipping and the seller was very responsive and addressed the issue promptly! Pricing was good and it's being prepped to ship out to colo.
