Unfortunately, some of the discs in the set had problems playing. The seller was helpful with great communication and sent out a return label for me to get the DVD set back for exchange. The only bad news was that they had no more of that item in stock at that point. The seller issued a refund to me instead. I believe I'll re-order from them when it's back in stock.

The seller had shipped it out right away! And thankfully the Post Office didn't smash my DVDs into tiny broken pieces, or run the package over with a truck. Speaking of that, the seller did a nice job of packing it up with some extra packing material. It got to me safe, and I am very happy with this purchase! "Go Team Venture!"
