No dents, dings, or scratches. The only slight issue I had was that Fex Ex wanted to charge an extra $199 for a lift gate truck to deliver as I don't have a dock at my house. (freight shipping?) Since it was a small refrigerator I was able to arrange to pick up at the Fed Ex doc so ended up ok. (they allowed me to take off pallet and cut off pkg so it would fit in my SUV
