    So seller advertises with remote. Seller ships with no remote. Seems like a small problem we'll replacement remote cost 10.00 dollars. Advertise says used with remote condition of receiver is good. But the fact that they say it comes with remote and ships it without. Seller says they where out of stock of the remote and they didn't update advertise. Sellers only fix is to have me return it. I would of been happy with 5.00 refund. I won't order from this seller again

    gggreat parts

    if u have this type of solar reel in time the plastic parts get brittle an may crack the hydro tool parts r perfect for replacement and the price was great and to replace on the old reel is simple

    Works as described. A very good value for the money.

    product was as expected in operation but it had a few small parts missing in the parts bag. Being a long time DIY'er I was able to fabricate a bearing axle out of a 16 penny nail and complete the assembly. Also, with a 7 ft wide swim spa the optional 3" tube kit would not work. I had to fabricate a 2" to 3" conversion so it would work on our swim spa. I documented the process and am planning a YouTube video for anyone else who needs this done.

    Everything but the metal pole- as expected!

    After reading some of the reviews, I decided even if parts were missing, it would still be of use to me. This is my third reel ends purchase so I have extra parts. Well everything came just as pictured and in perfect condition. The reels are installed and working fine.

    Missing part to reel

    The product is great 👍🏻But unfortunately I did not receive one little piece for the bracket that’s needed to make the reel roll smoothly. That is why my review was not 5 stars.

    Not what you get

    It is not what the picture shows. I have been having trouble getting the pole to roll the solar cover. This picture shows the whole setup, so i ordered it and when i received it there was no pole with. If other people are trying to to order this reel i would not recommend doing it. I have two of this units in my house that are useless
