This is probably also why I didn't charge enough for shipping. The lot has over 50 items and when I checked the box that I had them stored in I couldn't find one item. I let the buyer know that it was missing and I wasn't offering another discount so he had the option of cancelling the order or accepting the sale. Instead of answering he asked for more money.
