This seller responded almost immediately to an inquiry about my item as after a week it had not arrived. She quickly checked the tracking on her end and found that she was seeing the same thing, it had not updated for a week. We were in communication from that moment forward. Unfortunately after another week the item still didn’t arrive and I ended up needing a refund. I would absolutely buy from again.
