An unexpected hassle was that Royal Mail determined that the package was a Small Parcel rather than a Large Letter and I therefore had to pay an additional £3.50 to have it delivered. I let the seller know and asked for a refund of the additional postage costs and within a couple of hours the seller had replied and arranged the refund.
