Didn't look like my other kookaburra hat in style, material or quality which was purchased from a sporting goods shop, so I can only assume it was a fake. Thankfully the seller has refunded me the full amount.

Clearly an out of stock item . Packaging was appallingly inadequate with a single strip of cardboard wrapped around the shot and some parcel tape over the open ends. Post office had put it in a plastic bag to protect the address label. This should have been a negative but at least sellers responded to my emails . Very disappointing purchase

I tried to contact the seller a few times if I need to return the item Or they can replace it. Unfortunately there was no reply. Other than the loop, the Hat was good. But, not satisfied with the service.

Seller refunded as they were unable to replace as they did not have the correct items for replacement.
