Florida based Medical Department Store is an authorized Joerns Reseller so two battery packs were shipped from Joerns in Texas. Both battery packs were delivered and fully charged. Read all instructions as called out and this item doesn't hold suction. Wrote the seller and all I got back from him was the item is non returnable and to get in touch with EBay. To pay that much for an item and not have it work the way it was listed is a complete rip-off. The manual called out that there is a 90 day return window with a five year warranty. Called the main company and was told the warranty was no good. NG
