Partial order final arrived 4 weeks later. Shorted me one pump (ordered 4). Seller told Ebay they shipped entire order. Ebay believed them over me! Customer contacted us by opening an open request as this order appears to have had a slight delay in shipping. When the request was looked at, we had seen the item had shipped out that day to the customer. We informed the customer of this and provided the tracking number and the shown estimated delivery date. Order was delivered to the customer 7/22/25.
