My daughter didn't have the hat she wanted for the game. I tried to contact the seller and they wouldn't answer me. I contacted ebay and the seller still wouldn't answer! This was horrible, and unnecessary. The item is in great shape and looks just like it is supposed to. The seller definitely needs to work on talking to their clients when they are contacted.
