Energy-efficient thermostatic control and thermal feedback prevent overheating. So seller advertises with remote. Seller ships with no remote. Seems like a small problem we'll replacement remote cost 10.00 dollars. Advertise says used with remote condition of receiver is good. But the fact that they say it comes with remote and ships it without. Seller says they where out of stock of the remote and they didn't update advertise. Sellers only fix is to have me return it. I would of been happy with 5.00 refund. I won't order from this seller again

Little red pond warmer!
This unit is replacing an older, smaller pond warmer that decided to stop working this year. Setup was easy and simple - plug it in and put it in place... easy. Do NOT make the same mistake I did.... plug it in, wait 60 seconds - and wonder if those exposed heating elements get just 'warm'..... I can tell you...or I can show you my hand... they indeed get nice and hot... I didn't care for exposed heating elements. After putting the unit in my pond - my next question was whether or not those heating elements were going to get REALLY hot. I have a pretty small pond - so now I'm wondering if I'm going to slowly cook my fish... fantastic. So - no worries... the system works exactly as it should - my fish are happy - there's' no ice in the pond this year - all good. Good unit - good ... Floating Pond De-icer/heater
This is an excellent item for eliminating gas when pond is frozen. I feel it has dramatically reduced fish kill from too much gas below the ice in my Koi Pond. I have two , one in each pond and are considering buying a third for my other pond. The only drawback is in design, there should have a light to show that the gadget has power. So, if you don't mind having to guess whether the device is working or have power, I would recommend it.This is an excellent item for eliminating gas when pond is frozen. 7521 “TANK” Deicer
I had what I thought was this identical product in my fish pond for several years and it worked fine but of course nothing lasts for ever. I assume water eventually leaked in and the GFI Receptacle wouldn’t hold any more. I bought this one as a replacement only to learn that the one I had before was actually a 7521P which has a nice 15 foot cord where this model only has a 6 foot cord. It barely reaches my receptacle with the heater tight against the side of the pond . It works fine though. My fault for not doing more research but I just assumed it was the same unit. The description doesn’t mention the cord length on this one but it does on the 7521PI had what I thought was this identical product in my fish pond for several years and it worked fine but of course nothing lasts for ever. Good product, great value, quick delivery.
Work great, easy to install, the cord is a little short and initially stiff but I received it during the winter. It simply plugged in and did the job at a great price. It floats very, very well with the plastic floating top keeping th coil on the top of the water where it needs to be. I use it on a plastic, 2-pond unit that pumps from the bottom, 3 feet deep to the top and flows back in. I keep goldfish, who flourish and grow through the winter when there is a water heater.Work great, easy to install, the cord is a little short and initially stiff but I received it during the winter.
