I messaged the seller about combined shipping and they were quick to respond and refund me the difference I will continue to purchase from a seller who has great communication and is available to help with questions … thank you

Smartpost packages can sit in a cargo container at one of their facilities for days before moving to the next destination. In my case it sat for 7 days before moving again and handed off to USPS ground for final delivery. While USPS ground may have cost a little more it wouldn't have taken 2 weeks before it was delivered.
