Ubisoft's Kinect-based fitness game returns with over 90 hours of activities, new floor movements, and an enhanced feedback system in Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012. An improved player projection system allows users to view themselves as they participate in interactive exercises, dance routines, and mini-games, and the new "Run the World" feature lets gamers run through virtual re-creations of New York, Paris, and London. Players can customize their routines to fit specific time allotments or target muscle groups, or they can use a personal trainer to reach their fitness goals.<br><br>Users can take on new workout routines inspired by Latin, Hip-Hop, Pop, African, and Bollywood themes, or they can try the Zen, Kick Boxing, Boot Camp, and Jump Rope mini-games. The enhanced feedback system provides players with tips on how to improve their form, including advice on new floor exercises like push-ups and sit-ups. Fitness Evolved 2012 also allows gamers to monitor their progress in the "Your Shape Center," challenge friends to contests, post results on Facebook, and even keep up on their workouts with mobile device applications.

    Great product for covid times.

    This software proves that you don't need a gym membership nor equipement (except maybe a floor mat and a couple dumbells) to get a solid workout. The "trainers" don't have much personality, but your effort is given a score and a "calories burned" estimate is made. Also, some of the "games" are fun while still getting your heart going. If you're reasonably self-motivated, there's enough variety here to keep you from getting bored.

    Excellent workout for your Kinect system

    This game was released in 2012 at the pinnacle of the Kinect interface. The challenges follow a great progression. I have slacked on working out since having kids and I can say this game will push you to actually challenge yourself and get results. The intervals are set up wonderfully to progress through workouts. Personally I have limited discipline to PUSH myself and that is exactly what this Kinect game does.

    So much fun!

    This series of games puts your body and face on the screen! I have so much fun working out with this. I have found myself ending an exercise and wishing it were longer. YOU need a KINECT system but it is a blast and has tons of thins from games to balance help to Thai-Chi.

    Your shape fitness evolved 2012 is One of my favorite Xbox 360 kinect games

    I had this game in 2014. So I had to get it again. Gives a great workout and if you continue you see results especially with the jump rope.

    Filled with energy

    I love the way it tell you how many calories are burnig and how the game motivate you to keep going and everything and the graphics is pretty good too
