Product Information

PopCap Games takes the comical combatants from its hugely popular tower defense series and transplants them into the world of multiplayer shooters in Plants vs. Zombies: Garden Warfare. Reanimated corpses and anthropomorphic vegetation once again square off in battle, but this time participants from both sides have been mapped into classic multiplayer shooter roles. The Team Vanquish mode finds up to 24 players competing against one another, while the four-player co-op mode lets gamers team up to take on waves of foes and unique new bosses.<br><br>There are four different classes available for both sides of the conflict, and each character possesses one projectile and three special skills. Fans of horticulture will find the Sunflower serving a medic's role, the Cactus acting as a sniper, the Chomper fitting the bill of the plodding heavy, and the Peashooter serving as a standard foot soldier. On the undead side, players can heal zombie buddies with the Scientist, move quickly and uproot Chompers with the Engineer, fire at foes and release stink clouds with the Foot Soldier, or plow through foes with the All-Star, who is fully clad in football gear.

    Great Game. Fun

    Great game. I am a grandmother. Wanting to get things all set at once. It all went well. For the most part. But I first had to get ps+. I think it was called. No big deal. But then He couldn’t play this one until I purchased ES. I already bought the game. It is expensive. And from what I can tell. It is only good for that game only. But it is a great game. I play an older version years ago and loved it. No extra cost though. Lol.

    My 10 year old son

    My 10 year old son purchased this game because he loved the game on the xbox 360. He loves this game and tells me its fun and interesting in that he "gets random characters in the mystery pack." Two people can play this game on Garden Defense.

    Awesome product with great features.

    Beware... requires Playstation Plus subscription!

    We never got to play it because it requires a subscription to Playstation Plus which is more expensive than the game itself. We ended up buying Plants vs Zombies GW2 which does allow for playing without Playstation Plus (for 1-2 players only).
