    Have an easier birth with someone you love

    I am a Doula and I work in Labor and Delivery; working over the years with moms and their birth partners I seen that "Knowledge is Power". Knowledge of what happens in labor will help reduce fear and when you have less fear you have less pain. The Bradley Method help moms and their birth partners, as well as doulas and nurses give you an easier and more rememberable birth. Dr. Bradley great tips on prenatal nutrition, relaxation, natural breathing, Breastfeeding, and communication skills with your docs and nurses; regardless of your birth option (C-Section, Induction, home birth, or bottle-feeding) This book is just "Awesome" and if you take the classes it is even better. I have witness and worked with many Bradley's couples and I can remember only a few cases that ended with a ...

    Calming book for a nervous pregnant lady

    Great book! I'm the most nervous person I know...plus have low pain tolerance. Giving birth in a few months. This book really opened my eyes to how things can be different! Will probably read again around my due date :)
