The box itself had a shipping label on it from Costco to someone else clearly indicating it was bought from Costco originally. The kicker was the frame still had pictures of someone on it and had their name on it. For a USED price and condition I still think I will keep it as I could factory reset it to a new ID number so I won't be getting someones pictures.

Why don't you tell everyone that this product is given to you for free and you didn't pay a penny. I've never seen such a thing, you get a free product but complain that its color is not what you like. Seller has said I should be grateful for this "gift from heaven", costing "less than a burger", and now because it's "free". But my time has been wasted, and I still don't have the cord I need in the right color, size and length.
