If you know how to modify the software to change the region, then importing the N3DS LL to the US can save you a few dollars. This one arrived in overall great shape with flawless screens. I just wish the exterior had not been so scratched. When you buy used, though, it's expected to have some minor scratches, as the exterior is high gloss and very susceptible to scratches, so I'm happy!!

Few minor scratches on the cover, so I just ordered a Kisekae case.  there was a little bit of dust on the screen and the inside area of where you’re supposed to put your sd cards, but not enough to harm the device negatively. I recommend this seller!

It arrived from Japan to Greece in 2 days and in about 4 it was on my doorstep. The only negative experience i got has to do with some VAT charges that the greece customs office mistakenly gave me (supposedly these will be cancelled), this has nothing to do with the seller or the product though, just something to keep in mind.
