Someone tried to put up tent and tangled the screen tent up that it would not pop up. We are assuming this is why it was returned. We had to remove poles and reinstall. This took us over an hour. Once we put it back together the correct way it works like a charm.

Seller says they where out of stock of the remote and they didn't update advertise. Sellers only fix is to have me return it. I would of been happy with 5.00 refund. I won't order from this seller again
