Good cardio workout
I enjoy Billy Blanks videos because he keeps me motivated and moving. This workout uses specific stretchy bands that I don't have, but still a decent workout without them. That's the only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5. If the bands weren't a requirement, it would be a 5 star workout.

Best workout I've ever had!
I haven't worked out to TaeBo since PE in high school in the 90's! Let me tell you that this is great for beginners! I've had a challenging workout without it being too hard. It requires the Billy bands for some of the workouts, but you'll still have a great workout without them. Billy encourages you to keep going and even though I had to rest a couple of times, I kept going. This is going to be my workout DVD for now on. :)
