After a numerous delivery attempts Seller had the FedEx package routed to be delivered at UPS for Seller to pick up at that location. This was inconvenient because it impacted the time for my refund. Once we finally received the package, we issued a refund right away. We followed ebay policies and procedures closely. There was nothing we did wrong.
