The lid wasn’t packaged very well, so it ended up scratching up one side of my pot pretty bad BUT the seller was apologetic and very quick to refund what I asked. Price was great! Item was as described other than the scratches that happened during transport. Shipping sat, but when I contacted , it was immediately fixed. When they showed, they actually sent me an extra, total of four! First had battery corrosion in compartment. Other three still in factory 3 pack all came out clean! I knew the chance I was taking, and pretty sure seller did too (thus the great deal). But they did right by all! Very happy! It wasn’t here on Wednesday or Thursday so I contacted the seller and asked if they knew where it was. Next thing I know, EBay sends me a message saying my request for refund was denied? I never opened a request for a refund. On Saturday the item arrived in my mailbox which UPS never does. Evidently “delivered” means UPS delivered it to the post office.
