Product Information

Madeline and her 11 friends live at a school run by Miss Clavel in an old house in Paris. Madeline is the smallest of the girls and also the most adventurous. The future of the school is in jeopardy when its stuffy owner, Lord Covington, decides to sell it. With Pepito's help (the devilish son of the Spanish Ambassador who lives next door), the resourceful Madeline hatches a plot to save their beloved home, but along the way the children encounter some bumbling would-be kidnappers on a visit to the circus. It's up to the indomitable Miss Clavel to come to their rescue.

    Ordered Tuesday night. Shipped early Wednesday morning. Arrived on time Saturday morning by USPS Bound Printed Matter from TN to WI. It was packaged in a gray plastic shipping bag without cushioning. End of spine had minor shipping damage (see photos). It was the only noticeable condition issue on an otherwise very good used cookbook. Exceptional value. Good experience with a not-for-profit organization. Thanks!

    Children’s Classic

    Gave this as a Christmas gift to my grandchildren. I consider it a classic, a favorite of my children, and many milliemm babies. It delightfully captures all the ideas of young friendship, adventure, secrets, taking chances, learning new things, disappointment, fear, and delight. Highly recommend.

    Great purchase

    The DVD was in perfect condition. My daughter, who has Downs Syndrome, remembers this movie from her childhood. It was fun listening to her laugh at it all over again

    I like having this in Widescreen on DVD.

    I really like having this on Widescreen DVD side on this Release Version unless they reissue it to Blu ray next year for the film's 25th anniversary and it'll be in Widescreen on Blu ray still.
