As of this one, it came in a perfect condition, in original box with insert sheet from manufacturer with link to download software. Which I didn't bother with, I'm using Linux and installed DisplayCAL, which is open source, and it worked great. Box came very well packaged by seller and on time as promised. Contact with the seller was initially positive and kept saying that they would send the adapter, waited a week and still nothing, messaged seller again and said they would send it out that night, still nothing a week later, now they are ignoring my messages, so now I have to find a power adapter myself, just an irresponsible seller. Buy with caution.
