I would suggest using alcohol on a cotton ball to run on the insole of the shoe/sandal before applying the insole. That way there are no body oils preventing the arch support from sticking onto the shoe itself.

I told the seller it was not their fault and I would wait patiently for the package to arrive as it is still in the USPS system. They waited a few more days and apologized and refunded my money, even though I said wait another week. You can certainly trust this seller.
