She told me about these trays and they work. Cuts the defrost time to hours if you allow to defrost entirely at room temp; I don't. I use it for a few hours at room temp, then place the tray with meat in the fridge.

I told the seller it was not their fault and I would wait patiently for the package to arrive as it is still in the USPS system. They waited a few more days and apologized and refunded my money, even though I said wait another week. You can certainly trust this seller.
